Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €150,-.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Belgium/Germany: 2–5 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
